At Ascend Peptides, LLC (EveryPep.com), we strive to process and deliver orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing an order.
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders totaling $200 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged shipping rates displayed at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on federal holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
While orders may enter our system outside normal business hours, fulfillment and shipping operations primarily occur Monday through Friday. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, estimated delivery times generally range from:
Standard Shipping: 2 to 7+ business days
Expedited Shipping: Based on the service selected at checkout
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by Ascend Peptides. Actual transit times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, high shipping volume periods, mechanical failures, natural disasters, customs or government actions, or other events outside our control.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping transit estimates begin only after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Every shipment includes tracking. Customers will receive tracking information via email once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after a shipping label has been created.
To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery, Ascend Peptides reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping service used for any order, regardless of the shipping option displayed at checkout. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified delivery providers.
All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. Optional Package Protection may be available during checkout.
When Package Protection is purchased, eligible claims for lost, damaged, or non-delivered packages may qualify for replacement or store credit in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers should retain all packaging materials and contents when reporting shipping-related issues.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time an order is placed. Ascend Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, invalid delivery information, or failure to update address information before fulfillment.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be reshipped.
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Ascend Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Customers concerned about theft should consider using a secure delivery location or carrier hold-for-pickup services where available.
Any shipping issues must be reported within seven (7) days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date. Claims may require photographs of packaging, photographs of damaged products, carrier documentation, and additional verification information. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Packages returned to Ascend Peptides due to incorrect address information, refused delivery, failure to claim the shipment, or carrier inability to complete delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, Ascend Peptides and EveryPep.com ship only within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Ascend Peptides reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
