Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Our policies for returns, refunds, and store credit on all orders.

At Ascend Peptides, LLC (EveryPep.com), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized nature of our Research Use Only (RUO) products, all refunds and returns are governed by the following policy.

1. Refund Method

All approved refunds are issued exclusively as store credit. We do not issue refunds to credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or any original payment method under any circumstances.

Approved store credit will be issued as a unique coupon code delivered to the email address associated with the order.

Store credit never expires, may be applied toward future purchases at EveryPep.com, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to previous orders.

2. Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, no changes may be made, including products ordered, quantities, shipping address, billing address, payment method, or coupon codes/discounts.

If a modification is required, the order must be canceled prior to fulfillment (if eligible) and a new order must be placed.

3. Returns

Returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met: product remains unopened, product remains unused, original seal is intact, and the return request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

For quality-control and contamination-prevention reasons, opened products, reconstituted products, or products with broken seals cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. The following deductions apply: original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 10% administrative and restocking fee will be deducted from the credit amount.

Ascend Peptides reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Any shipment issues, including damaged products, missing products, or incorrect products received, must be reported within seven (7) days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date. Claims submitted after seven (7) days may be denied.

Verified claims will be resolved through either a replacement shipment or store credit, at the sole discretion of Ascend Peptides. Photographs of damaged shipments and packaging may be required before a claim can be approved.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once fulfillment, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled.

Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit for the full order value. Store credit may be applied toward any future purchase on EveryPep.com.

6. Package Protection & Shipping Claims

Optional Package Protection is available at checkout. If purchased, Package Protection covers orders that are lost in transit, stolen before confirmed delivery, damaged during shipment, or not delivered by the carrier.

Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of shipment. Once tracking indicates a package has been delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

7. Returned-to-Sender Shipments

Packages returned due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, failure to claim package, or carrier inability to deliver may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned-to-sender orders are eligible for store credit only after the package is successfully returned and inspected.

8. Quality Assurance & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality and purity of our products. Replacement requests involving reconstituted products are subject to strict quality-control verification.

Approved Reconstitution Media: Replacement requests for reconstituted products will only be considered when the researcher used Ascend Peptides reconstitution solution or Hospira bacteriostatic water. Use of any other solvent, diluent, or reconstitution medium automatically voids eligibility for replacement consideration.

Research Results Disclaimer: Due to the nature of laboratory research, we do not provide refunds, replacements, credits, or compensation based on subjective research outcomes, experimental efficacy, perceived lack of effectiveness, or individual research results.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact customer support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks, chargebacks filed after receipt of product, or disputes that contradict this policy may result in account suspension or termination, refusal of future service, and collection efforts where permitted by law.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Ascend Peptides, LLC and EveryPep.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns, Refunds & Store Credit Policy. Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of all terms contained herein.
